30-Day Returns
Not happy with a card? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent, in their original sleeve, top loader or slab.
- Graded slabs must not be cracked, opened or tampered with.
- Sealed product must be unopened with the wrapping intact.
- Mystery packs cannot be returned once opened, because of their random nature. Unopened mystery packs can be returned as normal.
How to return
- Email burnzysportscards@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address.
- Post the item back, well packed and tracked.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item. If an item arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll cover return postage.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
